Justin is responsible for the strategic leadership, management and operation of SAKOM’s United States based service delivery and is the focal point for all client interaction at the strategic level. Justin has delivered numerous US Government funded contracts in the base support services sector and within the security sector since 2002. As a proven leader and business manager, Justin has spent the last six years developing overseas markets for other SAKOM Group Companies whilst developing a successful United States presence for SAKOM USA. Justin is a strategic executive member of the board of the group of companies which make up SAKOM.

Michael Hearn

Managing Director, SAKOM FZCO

Michael is responsible for the strategic leadership, management and operation of SAKOM’s OCONUS based service delivery and mirrors the roles and responsibilities of SAKOM USA. In addition, Michael has a formal advisory role to SAKOM Services WI LLC and subsidiaries. Michael is responsible for all contracting opportunities executed outside of the United States and is a strategic executive member of the board of the group of companies which make up SAKOM.










James Runchman

Global Operations Director

James has a key leadership role for SAKOM GOC, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of a company's international business activities. This involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of global operational initiatives to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. James joined the company in April 2023; is a former British Army Officer with over 25 years’ experience in Special Forces as a problem solver at a strategic level and a leader of change.
